Elena Bay has been in reverse mortgage business for the last 6 years and has explored all career tracks in this industry before she became a HECM Counselor. She chose to be a counselor because she strongly believes that this is the most effective way for her to help seniors and their families navigate the process of obtaining a reverse mortgage by having access to information, education and other resources in financial, health and social services. Elena is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) that adds to her credibility among senior professionals, clients and their trusted advisors. Elena is highly respected and well-known in the reverse mortgage industry. Over the past 6 years, she has helped over two thousand seniors as a reverse mortgage professional. Helping seniors in the most caring, sensitive and ethical manner is her highest priority.

Prior to getting involved in the reverse mortgage industry, Elena had 18 years of business and teaching experience overseas and in the US. She holds a MA in Ed. degree and is currently enrolled in a professional MBA program.

In her spare time, Elena likes to travel domestically and internationally, spend time with her family and friends and stay actively involved in the community.
